MP High Court Recruitment 2017: MP Government has recently invited the vacancies for the post of Civil Judge in MP High Court Recruitment 2017. The notification was published dated 2nd August 2017 on their official site @ https://mponline.gov.in/. There are total of 94 vacancies and the last date to submit the application is 5th September 2017. The applications which are submitted through the online option will be only processed. MP High Court Recruitment 2017: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who are applying for MP High Court Recruitment 2017 Civil Judge position must check properly the eligibility criteria for them to understand and fill the form.

Educational Qualification: The candidate should have a degree certificate in Law from a recognized University with the required number of percentage as per the norms of recruitment.

Age Limit: The minimum age of the candidate should be 21 years and maximum 35 years at the time of submitting the application. Relaxation towards the age is as per the norms of the recruitment.

Note:- The candidate must be a citizen of India

MP High Court Recruitment 2017: Civil Judge Prelims Syllabus

The Prelims exam date is already been updated in the notification by the recruitment board. The exam is on 8th October 2017. The Prelims exam will for 100 marks, there will be 100 questions which will be objective types. The duration of the exam is for 2 hours. Following are the details of the marks:

MP High Court Recruitment 2017: Civil Judge Main Exams Syllabus

The main exam consists of four questions papers each carrying 50 marks. Paper 1&II are given together and Paper3&4 will be given together. The total duration of this exam is 3 hours. Following the syllabus:


Paper I: (Total Marks- 50)

  1. Constitution of India
  2. Code of Civil Procedure
  3. Transfer of Property Act
  4. Contract Act
  5. Specific Reliefs Act
  6. Limitation Act


Paper II: (Total Marks- 50)

  1. MP Accommodation Control Act
  2. MP Land Revenue Code
  3. Indian Evidence Act
  4. Indian Penal Code
  5. Code of Criminal Procedure
  6. Negotiable Instruments Act


Paper III: (Total Marks- 50)

  1. Writing on Social Issue- 15 marks
  2. Writing Legal Issue- 10 marks
  3. Summarization (Legal- in Hindi)- 10 marks
  4. Summarization (Legal- in English)- 15 marks


Paper: (Total Marks- 50)

  1. Judgement/ Order (Civil) Writing- 30 marks
  2. Judgement/ Order (Criminal) Writing- 20 marks
